India – Traveling Into Realities And Dreams
Briefly – Impressions And Experiences

In India spirituality comes first. People worship the gods who help them with various problems. They thank and deify what they have. Without looking at the possessions of others. Everybody knows that they are divided into castes. The rich have courts and palaces. The poor or those from different areas or villages are not envious and make no claims on the treasures of the rich. We, the Bulgarians, can learn from the Indians a lot about work, humility and faith. With them these qualities are innate, and thanks to them the multitudinous people survive. They live modestly and quietly. Everyone works for their living.
We traveled by airplanes, jeeps, trains, cars, we rode elephants. In Jaipur /the Pink City - so called because all buildings are painted in pink/ me and a friend went into a shop selling gemstones – rubies, sapphires and more. The shopkeeper went out to change money and left us alone. And we felt nervous by this fact. What a trust!
We visited many temples, but I was most impressed by the Ashram of Sai Baba in Puttaparthi. He was my main purpose of travel to India, to this vast country filled with sunshine, flowers and positive energy. Everything before my eyes is still shining with the colors of the rainbow, with the natural fabrics of their clothes and the jewels. All real and natural: food and clothing, respect, consideration, courtesy.
Puttaparthi, the town of Sai Baba, is located at a three hours drive from Bombay. Five years ago I read a book about Sai Baba and I knew how to get to the village where he was born and where his temple was located. His birthplace is marked with a plate and four side stones. Next to it there is a temple with a statue of Buddha. A monk clothed to the waist, with a red scarf over his shoulder and decorated with three rows of necklaces of large Rudraksha serves voluntarily every day in this temple. There I performed a ritual consisting of certain steps and movements, uttering words and desires that I want to come true. Then I brought the monk a coconut and garlands of fresh flowers, bought from the women who weave them in front of the temple and sell them in large baskets. The monk breaks the nut and repeats the namesyou tell him. This ritual purifies and relieves.
One week after I returned from India, I dreamt of Sai Baba. I saw a crowd of people and tried to pass through it, but the crowd itself began to open, and as I reached the first row, people let go off their hands and cleared me a path, the second row of people also cleared a path for me, the third chain of people scattered itself, and before me I saw a dark stout man with exuberant hair, dressed in a red robe. Sai Baba. Immediately I wanted to photograph him, but he did not allow me. Then he raised his hand and placed it on my head with blessings and then he moved away in my dream. He spoke words related to my forthcoming work. I woke up immediately and was happy that even if only in my sleep, I have established contact, and he has blessed me!
